master-planned real estate development (Bolivia)
MC Capital has assembled approximately 20 hectares (50 acres) of land in the immediate outskirts of La Paz, Bolivia. The parcels are being developed into a master planned community that will consist of over 1,000 homes. On top of offering a variety of amenities, recreational areas, and parks, the development is also located in an area with its own pleasant microclimate, boosting its appeal. Such a large, master planned community is practically unheard of in La Paz’s densely populated and geographically-challenging urban core.
The development is especially timely, as government incentives have been implemented to encourage home lending to the low and middle income sector at highly favorable terms. Such loans were previously nonexistent or unobtainable for this segment of the population.
It is Miradores de Ananta’s mission to be the premier middle income housing development in the La Paz area.
